Terms of Service
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the customer relationship management (CRM) system and related connected applications and features (collectively, the “Service”) provided and operated by MIND GROUP GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“we”, “us”, “MIND GROUP”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service: the CRM system and features that connect to third-party platforms (including Facebook/Meta) to aggregate, display and analyze data for MIND GROUP’s business operations.
- User: a staff member, collaborator or individual authorized by MIND GROUP to access the Service.
- Advertising data: metrics and information about advertising campaigns retrieved from third-party platforms with the User’s consent.
3. Description of the Service
The Service allows Users to connect their accounts on third-party platforms to automatically collect and display data for work purposes, including but not limited to advertising data (spend, impressions, engagement, leads, conversion rates) and page performance metrics. The Service only reads data for the purposes of measurement, reporting and internal management. The Service does not publish posts, does not modify content, and does not perform sensitive actions on the User’s behalf beyond the scope explicitly granted.
4. Account Connection and Authentication
To use the connection features, Users must log in and grant access through the official authentication mechanism of the relevant third-party platform. By granting access, the User authorizes the Service to access information within the scope of the permissions granted. Users may revoke access at any time through the settings of the respective platform or by contacting us.
5. User Rights and Responsibilities
- Use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of Vietnam and the terms of the relevant third-party platforms.
- Keep login credentials secure and be responsible for all activity arising from your account.
- Only connect and retrieve data that you are legally entitled to access.
- Do not use the Service to carry out unlawful acts, infringe the rights of third parties, or harm the system.
6. Data and Privacy
The collection, use and protection of data are governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to using retrieved data solely for internal operations, reporting and analytics, and will not sell or share it with third parties unlawfully.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, source code, trademarks and content within the Service are the property of MIND GROUP or its lawful licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MIND GROUP shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from third-party platform outages, rate limiting, data discrepancies caused by the source provider, or the User’s misuse of the Service.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate a User’s access if a violation of these Terms is detected or as required by law. Users may stop using the Service and revoke connections at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam.
