MIND GROUP GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“Company”, “we”, “us”) built the MIND GROUP CRM (“Product”, “Service”) as a commercial application for internal business operations. This Service is provided by MIND GROUP and is intended to be used as is.

1. Data Collection and Use
To function, the Service may collect and process the following, based on the permissions you grant when you log in:
- Your name and email address associated with your login.
- The list of ad accounts and Pages you manage or have been granted access to.
- Advertising data of those ad accounts (campaign, ad set and ad performance such as spend, impressions, clicks, leads and conversions).
- Page performance and insights data of the Pages you authorize.
The information requested is retained by us and used only as described in this Privacy Policy, for the purposes of measurement, reporting and internal management.
2. Facebook / Meta App Permissions
The Service requests the following permissions from your Facebook account to function. You will be prompted to grant these permissions upon first login. The Service reads data only and does not publish, modify content, or perform sensitive actions on your behalf.
ads_read– to read advertising insights and reporting data for the ad accounts you own or have been granted access to.ads_management– to read and manage advertising data for those ad accounts.read_insights– to read performance insights of the Pages you own or manage.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is stored on our server for as long as your account or subscription is active. When it is no longer active, we may automatically remove your data from our database after 30 days. If you wish to stop using the Service and have all of your data removed completely, please contact us; we will fulfil your request within 48 hours. You may also revoke the Service’s access at any time through your Facebook settings.
4. Third-Party Services
For a better experience and for statistical purposes, the Service may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, such as your IP address, device information, and the date and time of your use. Links to the privacy policies of third-party providers:

5. Cookies
Cookies are small data files used as anonymous unique identifiers, sent to your browser and stored on your device. The Service uses cookies to validate your identity after you log in.
